tarjetas de trabajo en proyectos

La cantidad de tiempo que un trabajo permanece en una etapa se muestra justo debajo del nombre de la cuenta en una tarjeta trabajo , lo que facilita su seguimiento. Las tarjetas trabajo son totalmente personalizables: Puede seleccionar la información que desea que se muestre, como la cuenta ID, el nombre o la prioridad.

Personalice las tarjetas trabajo

Including relevant info on job cards helps all your team members keep track of what’s happening within a pipeline. You can customize a job card by toggling on what you wish to see displayed.

  1. Go to the pipeline settings (here’s more on adding, moving and deleting stages and automations ) or create a new pipeline by going to Templates > Firm templates from the sidebar menu, then select the Pipelines tab.

  2. Turn on the toggles for the Job card fields you want to be displayed:

  • Account ID: here’s information about account IDs .

  • Cuenta etiquetas: etiquetas aplicado a la cuenta.

  • Name: the name of the job.

  • Descripción: trabajo description.

  • Priority: the job priority: Low, High, Medium or Urgent.

  • Start date: the date when the assigned team member has to start working on a job. It’s not the same as the job creation date.

  • Due date: the date the job has to be finished.

  • Time budget: planned time to spend on the job.

  • Rastreado: la cantidad total de tiempo rastreado para un trabajo.

  • Time variance: the difference between time budget and tracked time.

  • Tiempo presupuestado empleado: cantidad de tiempo seguido en relación con el tiempo presupuestado (en %).

  • Assignees: the team member assigned to the job (more on assigning jobs )

  • Client-facing status: the job status visible to clients .

  • Days in stage: the amount of time a job has been in a stage

  1. Click Save, go to pipeline, and see the results.

Click the job card to view and edit its details, then click  Save or Save and Exit to return to the pipeline or cancel without saving changes.

a. trabajo nombre: Edita el nombre de trabajo (por defecto, el trabajo tiene el mismo nombre que el proyecto).;

b. Track time: Track time spent on the job. 

c. Menú de tres puntos: Accede a las acciones comunes con la tarjeta trabajo , como Compartir URL, Archivar o Eliminar.

  • Cuenta:

    a. Account name: Client account name.

    b. Account tags: Account tags. If you want to update them, click the account name and do it on the account page.

  • trabajo:

    a.  Assignees: Select team members for the job.

    b.  Start/Due date: Set when the job must be started and finished. The start date is not the same as the job creation date. Once created, the job is visible inside a pipeline but not in the Calendar view unless you set the Start and/or Due dates.

    c. Intake date/Internal deadline: Set when you receive the client’s documents (Intake date) and your internal completion target (Internal deadline). Both fields are optional and work independently from Start and Due dates. Read more in the article on tracking document intake and internal deadlines for jobs .

    d.  Priority: Select LowHighMedium or Urgent.

    e.  Time budget: Set a planned time to spend on the job in hours and minutes. If your team members use time tracking, you can later compare the time they actually spent with the allocated time budget. Here’s more on planning the team capacity . Note that a team member needs the Manage time budget access right to see and edit this field.

Description: Use formatting, emojis, bullets, numbered lists, and links, or add screenshots and images from the internet by pasting them to the text field. You can also mention your team members to get them notified of the job without assigning it to them. However, if they don’t have access to the job, they will only receive the Inbox+ and email notifications but won’t be able to open the job itself.

Comentarios

Write reminders about the job for yourself or communicate with your team mates. Read more on job comments .

Enlace

View linked notes, chats, proposals & ELs, documents, tasks, time entries, organizers, wiki pages, payments and invoices. They will open in a new sidebar.  Also, you can click Link to link an existing entity or click New to create a new entity and link it. Here’s more on linking entities to jobs .

If automove is enabled for the current stage and there are pending linked action items, you will see them all in a separate section.

Compartir enlaces a las tarjetas trabajo

Para compartir un enlace a una tarjeta trabajo , por ejemplo con un miembro del equipo, elija una de las siguientes opciones para copiar el enlace:

  • From the Workflow > Jobs page, click the three dots to the far right of the job’s name, then select Share URL

  • Abre la tarjeta trabajo , haz clic en los tres puntos de la parte superior derecha y selecciona Compartir URL.
