Mover trabajos a nuevas etapas
Jobs can be moved to new stages manually or via automation .
-
In bulk from the pipeline: Hover over the job’s name, select it, click Move to at the top left, then choose the stage from the list. To select all jobs in a stage, click the checkbox next to the stage’s name (maximum 50 at a time).
-
In bulk from the Jobs page: Select the checkbox next to the jobs you want to move, click Edit on the top left, then choose the stage from the list. If you have selected jobs from different pipelines, you will not be able to choose a stage.
-
If there are any automations linked to a stage, a sidebar displays them. Deselect the ones you don’t want. All automations are triggered at the same time when a job enters a new stage.
If you see inactive automation in a sidebar, this means that it will not be triggered for the account because it doesn’t meet the criteria indicated in conditional automation settings .
If job elements linked to a stage aren’t completed, choose one of the options from the pull-down menu in the Unfinished requirements section, then click Move. To find out more about how to use linked elements in Jobs, go here .
Mover trabajos a diferentes proyectos
Jobs can be moved to a new pipeline either one by one or in bulk. For example, a lead may turn into a client, requiring you to move a job to a new pipeline. Moving jobs allows you to create new jobs from existing ones and helps maintain linked documents, notes, chats, invoices, time entries, etc. To move jobs to a new pipeline, choose the way that works best for you:
-
-
In bulk from the pipeline: Hover your mouse over the job’s name, select the job, click Move to on the top left, select the pipeline from the list, then select the stage. To select all jobs in a stage, click the checkbox next to the stage’s name (maximum 50 at a time).
-
In bulk from the Workflow > Jobs page: Select the checkbox next to the jobs you want to move, click Edit on the top left, select the pipeline from the list, then choose the stage.
Consejo
Filtro a trabajo list prior to selecting the jobs. For example, if you want to move jobs from one pipeline to another, filter the trabajo list by applying a filter by pipeline, then select the jobs.If there are any automations linked to a selected stage you are moving jobs to, a sidebar displays them. Deselect the ones you don’t want. All automations are triggered at the same time when a job is moved to a new pipeline.
Archivo trabajos
Once you’ve completed a job, archive it. Archiving rather than deleting helps when it comes to reporting time. Archived jobs can be edited just like in-progress ones; however, they’re no longer visible in their pipelines. Choose the way that works best for you:
-
In bulk from the Workflow > Jobs page: Select the job names in the Job list, then click Archive at the top of the list.
-
In bulk from the pipeline: Select the jobs in the pipeline, then click Archive at the top of the list. To select all jobs in a stage, click the checkbox next to the stage’s name (maximum 50 at a time).
-
One by one from the Workflow > Jobs page: Click on the three dots to the far right of the job’s name, then select Archive.
-
One by one from any pipeline: Click on the job card to expand it, click on the job status, then select Archived. Or, if it’s in the final stage, click Archive in the This job is ready to archive box.
The job is then moved from the In progress to the Archived subtab. Once it is archived, all automatic reminders set up for this job will stop as well.
-
One by one from the Workflow > Jobs page: Go to Archived, click on the three dots to the far right of the job’s name, then select Make active.
-
One by one from the Workflow tab of a client’s profile: Go to Archived jobs, click on the three dots to the far right of the job’s name, then select Make active.
-
One by one from the job details bar: Click on the three dots to the right of the job details bar, then select Make active from the pull-down.
-
In bulk from the Workflow > Jobs page: Go to Archived, select the job names, then click Make active at the top of the list.
Borrar trabajos
Deleting a job breaks the connection between the job and its linked elements (e.g., documents, notes, time entries, invoices). The elements remain but will no longer be associated with any job. Once a job is deleted, you cannot access it or review its history. If you need a record of completed jobs, we recommend archiving them instead of deleting them.
To delete jobs:
- One by one from the pipeline: Click the job card to expand it, click the three dots at the top right, then select Delete.
- Bulk deletion from Archived: Go to the Archived tab, select the jobs using the checkboxes, click Delete at the top of the list, and confirm in the pop-up window.
