Acciones con formularios

TaxDome proporciona muchas herramientas para gestionar las formularios de tus clientes. Aquí te mostramos todo lo que necesitas saber para enviarlos, archivarlos e imprimirlos.

Saber cuándo formularios está listo

Once a client completes an organizer and clicks Submit , you receive a notification by email and in your Inbox+ . Click on the organizer’s name or on the Go to… link to view it. You can also see all submitted organizers in the organizer list by clicking Organizers in the sidebar menu.

By default, you won’t receive a notification each time a client uploads a document to an organizer. If you do want to know when that happens, toggle on Notify about document upload in the organizer template settings .

Edit organizers

You can edit organizers that have already been sent without deleting and resending them. To do this:

  1. Go to Templates > Firm templates > Organizers and select the organizer template you want to update.

  2. Make any necessary changes—add or remove questions, adjust wording, change settings like required fields or reminders.

  3. Click the Update organizers button at the bottom of the page. This will save the template and apply updates to organizers.

A popup will appear showing how many organizers will be updated.

Organizers that have already been started by clients will not be updated.

Once confirmed, all relevant organizers are updated automatically, and you’ll receive an email notification with a summary.

Importantly, this process does not disrupt any ongoing workflows or jobs. Clients will continue using the same organizer link they originally received, and all related pipeline steps will proceed without interruption.

Envía formularios para los clientes

Aunque normalmente son los clientes quienes envían formularios , existe la opción de hacerlo en su nombre. Hay varias formas de enviar un formulario, tanto si está totalmente completado como si no:

  • Haga clic en los tres puntos situados a la derecha del nombre de formularioen la lista o cuando revise las respuestas dentro de formulario y, a continuación, seleccione Enviar.

  • Desde proyecto, selecciona Enviar formulario cuando muevas un trabajo con un formulario vinculado a la siguiente etapa.

Anular envío formularios

Puede que tenga que anular el envío de un formulario: Por ejemplo, necesita información adicional de un cliente o lo ha enviado por error. 

Click the three dots to the right of the organizer’s name in the list, or when reviewing the answers inside an organizer, then select Unsubmit. In the slide-out, enter the reason for unsubmitting as an additional comment for the client (optional), then click Unsubmit organizer.

Once the organizer has been unsubmitted, its status changes to Pending, and an email about it is sent to the client. If you added a comment, it is displayed in the notification.

Cambia el nombre de formularios

By default, the name of an organizer is the same as its template’s. You can change it either when you create the organizer or at some later point. To change it, click the three dots to the far right of the organizer’s name, then select Rename

Nota

Though clients can choose custom names for organizers when they create them, they won’t be able to rename them later.

Imprimir formularios

To print an organizer, whether pending or completed, click the three dots to the right of the organizer in the list, then select Print.

By default, the unanswered questions will not print. To print them, toggle on Show unanswered questions/Show hidden questions or both inside each organizer. Learn more in the detailed article .

Archivo formularios

Una vez completado un formulario , es mejor archivarlo que borrarlo, ya que puede que necesites volver a él. Cuando archiva un formulario, sigue teniendo acceso a él. Sin embargo, un formulario archivado no puede sellarse, exportarse, imprimirse ni enviarse. Y como se trata de un registro, no se puede editar.

Click the three dots to the right of the organizer you want to archive, then select Archive. Or, to archive several or all organizers, select their checkboxes and click Archive at the top left.

The organizer is then moved from the Active to the Archived tab. Clients won`t see archived organizers in the to-do list .

If you’ve archived an organizer but need it again, open the Archived tab, click on the three dots to the right of the organizer’s name, then select Restore.

Nota

Archived organizers can be linked to jobs but are hidden from the default list. To view all organizers when linking them to jobs, click the Filtro button in the sidebar, select All, and then click Solicitar.

Borra formularios

Unlike archived organizers, deleted ones cannot be restored. To remove an organizer for good, click the three dots to the far right of the organizer’s name, select Delete, then click Delete to confirm (this does not affect the original template).

View the organizer’s history

You’ll always be able to see what took place with any organizer. TaxDome’s Activity feed is sorted chronologically by the most recent event and allows you to find out when…

  • …an organizer was created by a team member or client.
  • …an organizer was viewed by a client.
  • …a client started to fill out an organizer.
  • …an organizer was resent. 
  • …an organizer was exported. 
  • …an organizer was submitted or unsubmitted.
  • …an organizer was sealed or unsealed by a team member.

Para ver el historial de un formulario:

  1. Go to Organizers, click on the three-dots icon to the far right of the organizer’s name or inside the organizer itself, then click Activity
  1. Filter the Activity feed by Type = Organizer to see only organizers-related events.
