Bulk actions for Communication

If you have several similar actions to do, instead of doing them one by one, you can perform all of them simultaneously. Bulk actions save time and make your workflow more efficient.

  1. Go to Clients > Accounts from the left menu bar.

  2. Seleccione las casillas de verificación junto a los clientes a los que desea enviar mensajes.

  3. Choose the option from the top menu bar, or click More Actions in the top menu bar and then choose the option from the drop-down.

Enviar correos electrónicos

With the Send Email bulk action, you can send a personalized email to multiple recipients at once (learn about the bulk email limits here ) and use email templates to speed things up. To learn more about bulk emailing, go here .

Cancelar correos electrónicos programados

Sometimes, you need to cancel all scheduled emails for an account. To do so:

  1. On the Accounts page, select accounts for which you want to cancel scheduled emails.

  2. Click More Actions in the menu bar, then select Cancel scheduled emails from the drop-down.

Bulk actions for chats & SMS

You can manage chat threads and SMS in bulk either from a single client’s account or from the Communications page:

  • From the Communications page: Go to Communications from the left menu bar. On the Chat or SMS tab, you can select chat threads across multiple clients to apply actions in bulk.

  • Within a client’s account: Go to the client’s account and open the Communication tab. On the Chats or SMS tab, select the threads you want to update.

  1. Archive. Archive select chat threads. Read more on archiving chats .

  2. Marcar como leído. Marque los subprocesos seleccionados como leídos.

  3. Unarchive. Unarchive selected chat threads. Read more on reopening chats .

  4. Marcar como no leído. Marcar los hilos de chat seleccionados como no leídos.

  5. Eliminar. Elimina los hilos de chat seleccionados.

Enviar mensajes a varios clientes

To send the same chat message or SMS to several clients:

  1. On the Accounts page, select the client accounts.

  2. Click More Actions in the menu bar and choose either Send message or Send SMS from the drop-down. Learn more about sending SMS in bulk .
