Request info from clients via organizers
Organizers are much more convenient than regular PDF forms because your clients don’t need any other software to complete them. For example, you can request business documents and company info before sending your clients a proposal—copy the Business Documents Required organizer template from our library and edit it as needed.
Get responses from clients faster and keep track of your conversations
When reviewing your client’s bookkeeping transactions, you often need clarification about specific entries—like “What was this $100 transaction for?” or “Can you provide a receipt for this expense?” In TaxDome, you can ask questions directly within the Transactions section and track responses in one place.
Create custom proposals
Firms are different, so when you provide bookkeeping services, you usually can’t send them proposals via automation. Instead, you can have a list of services with prices and a general proposal template that is manually edited for every unique client.
Get important docs from third parties
Bookkeepers need to know how a third party can upload documents. Often this happens because you might deal with lots of different people who work for a particular business. This could be done by using Document Requests .
Share documents with third parties
Sometimes you need to share a financial statement or another document with a third party . For example, you do the books for a small business until the end of the year. Then, their tax preparer needs access to all the financials of the business to prepare the tax return.
