View history/Audit trail for proposals
You can always see the events that have taken place with a proposal. TaxDome’s audit log is sorted chronologically by the most recent event and allows you to find out when someone…

…created a proposal.

…viewed a proposal.
-
…signed a proposal.
-
…resent a proposal.
-
…made changes to proposal.
To view a proposal’s history, go to the Proposals & ELs page either from the left menu bar, or inside the client’s account, click on the three-dots to the far right of a proposal, then click Audit Trail.
Here, find the definitions for what appears in the Audit Trail window:

ACCOUNT NAME: the first and last name of the account user or the name of their business.

USUARIO: nombre, apellidos y dirección de correo electrónico del usuario que ha accedido a la propuesta.

EVENT: what has taken place with the proposal.

HORA DEL SERVIDOR: la hora UTC en la que se produjo el even.

CLIENT TIME: when the event took place in the user’s location. The difference between UTC and the user’s location time is also displayed.

DIRECCIÓN IP: la dirección IP del usuario que ha realizado los cambios.

NAVEGADOR: el navegador utilizado cuando se produjo el suceso.

SO: el sistema operativo del usuario.
