Crear servicios
Use the Services feature to itemize your invoices and use specific services in time tracking. You’ll complete transactions faster and get more detailed financial reports. Plus, your clients will always know exactly what they’re paying for.
Crear servicios
Una vez creado un servicio, añádalo a cualquier factura o registro de tiempo. Hay varias formas de crear servicios en TaxDome:

Go to Templates > Services from the left menu bar, then click Create service.
In the Create service sidebar, specify:

Service name and Description (optional): Enter the service name and add the description if necessary. You’ll see this when selecting it from your list of services and what the client will see on their invoice. You can press Enter for a line break if the description is long.

Rate and Rate type: Enter the rate for the service, then select the rate type (optional and visible to clients). Depending on the service, charge per item or hour.

Tax: Toggle on if you want to apply a tax rate for the service.

Category name: Choose a category for the service or click Create category from the drop-down menu to add a new one. Categories help filter your Services list when adding them to invoices and time entries.

Create: Click to finish the new service creation.
Now, you can add the service to your invoices and time entries .
Crear servicios al enviar una factura/propuesta
En la sección Partidas, haz click en el campo Nombre del servicio y selecciona Crear servicio en el menú desplegable. También puedes hacer clic en los tres puntos a la derecha de la partida y Guardar como nuevo servicio.

In the Create time entry sidebar, on the Track your time page, click the Service field to open a drop-down menu and click Create service.

Servicios de copistería de la biblioteca
We’ve turned all the most common services into templates, which you’ll find in our library. Here, you’ll find ready-to-use services for weekly payroll, tax planning, auditing, personal and corporate tax returns, Schedule C — and more. Go to Templates > Services from the left menu bar and click Copy from library. Find the template you need, then click the Copy button to the far right of the service’s name.
Editar servicios
Si necesita editar un servicio existente, como cambiar un precio, siga estos pasos:

Go to Templates > Services from the left menu bar, click three dots to the far right of the service, then select Edit.

Make changes to service rate, name, category and/or description.

If you use the service in invoice templates, recurring invoice templates and/or proposal templates, then decide about the Update templates checkbox:
- Selecciónalo si quieres aplicar los cambios también en estas plantillas
- Desactívala si quieres aplicar los cambios sólo a las plantillas recién creadas con el servicio. Las plantillas creadas anteriormente contendrán los detalles del servicio guardados previamente.

Clasificar los servicios
Por defecto, los servicios se ordenan por nombre. Sin embargo, también puede ordenarlos por categoría, tarifa o tipo de tarifa. Haga clic en la flecha arriba-abajo de la cabecera de la columna para ordenar la lista que aparece debajo.
Servicios de archivo
If a service is no longer needed, archive it rather than delete it. You may need to refer back to it when you’re reporting. Archived services are edited the same way as active ones, but they’re no longer visible in your templates and filters — and they cannot be linked to invoices or time entries. To archive a service:

Go to Services, click the three dots to the right of the service you want to archive, click Archive.

If the service is used in templates and you still want to use it to be available there, don’t select the Remove this service from templates checkbox. If you select it, the service will be removed from all the templates where it’s used.

Click Archive.
The service has been moved from the Active tab to the Archived tab.
If you’ve archived a service but need it again, open the Archived tab, click on the three dots to the right, select Restore and confirm.
Nota
If you removed a service from templates when archiving it, you’ll need to add the restored service to your invoice templates otra vez.Eliminar servicios
Though we recommend archiving services rather than deleting them, you can permanently remove them. Click the three dots to the far right of the service name, select Delete, and then confirm by clicking Delete again. When you delete a service, it is removed from all the templates where it is used.
¿Quién puede hacerlo?
Un empresa Propietario de la Empresa , administrador o un miembro del equipo con derechos de acceso para gestionar servicios puede crearlos, editarlos y eliminarlos. Para dar a un miembro del equipo derechos de acceso para gestionar servicios:
- Go to Settings > Team & Plans from the left menu bar, open the Team members tab, then click on the team member’s name in the list.
2. Click the pencil icon in the Edit Access Rights section and toggle on Manage services.

Click Save. Now the team member will be able to manage services.
