Añadir servicios a las propuestas

With the Services feature, you can create itemized proposals and engagement letters that clearly outline what your clients will be charged for. Services in proposals could be used either as a price list or as a part of invoicing.

Añade servicios detallados (lista de precios) sin crear facturas

You can add a price list of services to your proposal either when working on the template or preparing a proposal for your client. Here’s how:

1. Create a proposal template , open an existing one or create a proposal .

2. Go to the Services step, then make your chioce:

• List of services - you will need to fill out one list of services.
• Tiered packages - you will have the opportunity to fill out different lists of services for each package. Learn more about service packages .

3. Depending on your choice on the previous step, click Set up package or Add services.

   

4. Choose List services only to send your client a list of your services without issuing an invoice.

   

   3. To add services in the Line items section, click the + Line item, select a service or create a new one . Click Discount to add a line with the discount .

   

Aquí encontrará más detalles sobre los campos de las partidas:

• Descripción: Añada la descripción del servicio si es necesario. Si la descripción es demasiado larga, puede dividirla en párrafos pulsando Intro.

• Tax: Check the box If you need to include tax rates . 

• Tarifa: Especifique la tarifa o tasa aplicable a los servicios especificados en la factura. Si la modifica en la propuesta, seguirá siendo la misma para el servicio en sí.

• Cant: Cambia si el número de servicios que prestas es superior a uno (valor por defecto).

• Amount: Value is specified automatically by multiplying the rate by qty. You don’t need to change the default value if you include only one service.

4. Once the proposal is signed, you can create and send an invoice with your listed services. Go to Billing > Proposals & ELs from the left menu bar and click the Create invoice link in the Invoicing column of a necessary proposal. Or, click the three dots to the right and select Create invoice.

Nota

You can’t add services to proposal line items if clients have already signed a proposal.

Añadir servicios junto con las facturas

You can add services as a part of invoices to your proposals either when working on the template or preparing a proposal for your client. Here’s how:

1. Create a proposal template , open an existing one or create a proposal .

2. Go to the Services step, then make your chioce:

• List of services - you will need to fill out one list of services.
• Tiered packages - you will have the opportunity to fill out different lists of services for each package. Learn more about service packages .

3. Depending on your choice on the previous step, click Set up package or Add services.

4. Choose List services and request payment

3. Add services as invoice line items in the Line items section.

4. Once the proposal is signed, an invoice containing all services as line items will be automatically issued according to the Issue invoice setting.

Ocultar o mostrar columnas para servicios

You can configure the columns displayed in the services line items: hide or show them. Click  Settings at the top right of the Line items section and manage the checkboxes in the following columns: Service date, Description, Tax, Rate and Qty. Note that these changes refer only to the current proposal or template. 

To make the column preset apply to all proposals, not just a specific one, configure the desired ones in Settings > Billing. 

Nota

If fields (e.g., Description and Service date) in the line items are empty and you didn’t hide these columns, they will automatically be hidden from the proposal. There is a different logic for the Rates & Qty and Tax columns: you should hide them in Settings so they are not displayed in the proposal, even if the value is set to 0.

Buscar propuestas con servicios específicos

Puedes encontrar rápidamente propuestas que contengan servicios específicos. Ve a Facturación >Propuestas y ELs en el menú de la barra lateral, haz clic en Filtrar, selecciona los servicios junto al filtro Servicios y haz clic en Aplicar. Una vez aplicado el filtro, la lista de facturas se reduce.

Actualiza las tarifas y otros detalles del servicio en las propuestas y plantillas de propuestas

La forma de actualizar los detalles del servicio depende de si estás editando una propuesta enviada o una plantilla de propuesta:

• For sent proposals, you need to edit a proposal you want to change.

• For proposal templates:

  • Si necesitas hacer cambios sólo en una o algunas plantillas de propuestas utilizando el servicio, puedes editar la plantilla.
  • Si quieres editar todas las propuestas que utilizan un servicio, puedes editar el servicio y seleccionar la casilla para actualizar todas las plantillas en las que se utiliza.

  

Encuentra servicios vinculados a tus contratos anteriores

Before rolling out Proposals & ELs, TaxDome offered you Contracts with functionality on linking services. All your previously created contracts are converted into proposals and all linked services are in place. You can see them as line items in the Services proposal step.

• Si ha creado un contrato previamente y se ha firmado, tanto usted como su cliente verán los servicios vinculados como partidas.
• If you created a contract previously and it’s still pending, both you and your client will see the linked services as line items and you will be able to edit/remove/update them by editing a proposal .
