Vincular contactos a cuentas

Cada cuenta de cliente que tenga en el sistema debe tener al menos un contacto vinculado a ella. Además, un contacto con una dirección de correo electrónico debe estar vinculado a una cuenta de cliente para que el cliente tenga acceso al portal. 

Cómo vincular contactos al crear nuevas cuentas

When you create a new account manually, you are always prompted to either link an existing contact to it or add a new contact .  

Para vincular un contacto existente, haz clic en el enlace correspondiente y, a continuación, empieza a escribir el nombre del contacto. Añade tantos contactos como necesites, haz clic Añadir

How to link contacts from the client account

  1. Navigate to the Info tab of the client account.

  2. Click on Link in the top right corner of the Contacts section, then start typing the name of the contact. Add as many contacts as needed.

  3. Click Add. All contacts along with their emails will now be displayed in the Contacts section of the account’s profile. Once you link an account to a contact, you can invite that client to their TaxDome portal by checking the Login box below their email address.

To see what accounts are linked to a specific contact, open the contact’s profile page.

To unlink a contact from an account, click the three-dot menu to the right of the contact’s name and select Unlink.

Nota

Once a contact with login access is unlinked, they’ll no longer be able to log in to the account.

Cómo vincular contactos adicionales durante la importación

To link contacts to accounts during import , make sure the names in the spreadsheet column mapped to the Account name field exactly match the names of existing accounts. When they do, all new contacts will be linked to existing accounts, and no duplicates will be created.

Cómo vincular cuentas a contactos

When you’re creating a contact or viewing an existing contact, click the Link accounts at the bottom of the page, then select one or more existing accounts. The accounts are then linked to the contact.
