You can have your client requests sent automatically. Once the client request is submitted, the job moves automatically to the next stage of the pipeline. To make automation magic happen, set up the Send client request automation and turn on the Automove feature.

A perfectly automated process always begins with selecting the right place for it in your workflow. You can do this in three simple steps: create a client request template, add an automation for sending the request, then toggle on the Automove option.

Here’s how you can automate sending your client requests:
- You need an template to request necessary documents and information from a client. If you don’t have an client request template, you can create it by clicking New template when you add the automation.
2. Ensure you have a stage in your pipeline for sending a client request (e.g., Missing info), then add the Send client requests automation . Once the job enters this stage, a new client request created from the template is automatically sent to the client and linked to the job.
3. Ensure that the Automove jobs toggle for the stage is turned on.

You can also set the automation by manually linking client requests to the jobs. Client requests can be linked to jobs by a firm owner, admin or a team member assigned to the account or with a view all accounts access rights.
Once the client request is manually linked, the automove jobs feature works the same as for client requests sent and linked automatically: when the client submits the request, the job is moved to the next stage. There are three ways to link a client request to the job manually:

From the Create client request screen: Click Link to job, then select the jobs. Once linked, the Jobs section is displayed, and you’ll see the job titles and pipelines to which they belong.

After linking, client requests will be displayed in the Linked > Client requests section on the right of the job card .
