Comprobar problemas conocidos
If you encounter an issue, as a first step, check if it is already known. If the issue is known, you don’t need to report it—just track its status. There are two different ways to check known issues and track their status:

Global: To check if TaxDome is fully functional at the moment, go to status.taxdome.com . This page also warns you about scheduled maintenance in advance.

Localized: To check more minor issues related to particular features, go to the Opened Bugs page . There, you can also see when approximately the issues will be resolved—if the status is In Development, the bug will be fixed very soon.
Notificar un problema a través del portal web
We appreciate hearing from you. If you’ve encountered a bug, please let us know by clicking Help in the top navigation bar. Then click Bug report.
A chat box will open in the lower-left corner—include as much detail about the issue as possible.
Upon completion, you’ll receive an email with the report summary and a submission ID. Use the ID to track the issue.
After submitting a bug report, follow these steps:

Go to Settings, then open the Firm settings tab.

In the Editor access section, toggle on Allow the support team to log In with owner-like permissions, then click Save.
This setting can be toggled on by a firm owner or admin .

1. Click three dots in the top right corner or right-click anywhere on the title bar and select Report an issue.
- Describe the problem and click Send. The logs will be collected and sent automatically.

Informar de un problema en la aplicación móvil
To let us know about any bugs on the TaxDome Mobile app, click on the question mark help button in the upper-right corner of the screen, then click Report bug.
This will take you to the bug report form. Fill it out, including as much information as you can.
