Accede a TaxDome
To access TaxDome, you’ll need to sign in to your account. TaxDome offers multiple authentication options for secure and convenient access.
Step 1. Access the sign-in page/screen
- Navigate to TaxDome home page and click Log in.
Alternatively, go to your portal login page using your TaxDome domain or custom domain ( see here how to add your domain/subdomain to your TaxDome account).
- Select the appropriate sign-in option based on your account type:
Once you install the Windows application , you can launch the application from the Start menu:

Click the Start icon

Type TaxDome in the search bar

Select it from the results.
To begin using the TaxDome Windows application, you’ll need to sign in to your TaxDome account. Select the appropriate sign-in option based on your account type:

Step 2. Enter your credentials
Choose your option depending on whether you sign in:

Google account : This option is available to all team members and clients who use a Gmail or Google Workspace email address in TaxDome. If you don’t use it but want to sign in using Google, change your email address to a Gmail or Google Workspace in Account settings .

Sign in with Google account
To sign in using your Google account:

To sign in using your Google account:

Click Sign in with Google. This will open the Sign in with Google page in your browser.

To sign in with your Google account: tap Sign in with Google and link your account. After linking, you’ll automatically proceed to the next screen.
To sign in with your Apple account (iOS only): tap Sign in with Apple to link your account using your Apple ID.
Once signed in, you’ll be prompted to set up additional security features like passcode and biometric authentication .
Sign in with email and password
Sign in by entering your TaxDome email address and password, then clicking Log in.
To sign in using your email and password:

Click the Login button or press Enter on your keyboard.
To sign in using your email and password, enter your TaxDome email address and password and tap Sign in to access your account.
Step 3. Pass the verification
After entering your credentials, verify your identity using one of the following authentication methods:
Email verification (OTP)
If you signed in with email and password, you’ll need to verify your identity using a one-time code sent to your email. This security measure is required for all users and helps protect your account from unauthorized access.

Check your email for a message with the subject line Your TaxDome login code.

Enter the 6-digit code from the email.

Check Remember this device for 30 days if you want to skip verification on this device for the next 30 days.

The code expires after 10 minutes. If you enter an incorrect code 10 times, you’ll need to request a new one.
Consejo
If you don’t receive the email code, check your spam folder or click Resend code. You can request a new code every minute.If you’re unable to receive the email code, click Get code via SMS to receive a verification code via text message instead (available if you have backup authentication method (SMS) configured) or click Contact us to reach out for assistance.
After entering your email and password, you’ll receive a verification code to your email to complete sign-in.

Open the email with subject line Your TaxDome login code and copy the 6-digit code.

Return to the TaxDome desktop app and paste or enter the code.

Click Continue to access your account.

Didn’t receive the code? Check your spam folder or click Resend code to get a new one. Codes expire after 10 minutes.After signing in with email and password, enter the 6-digit code sent to your email to verify your identity. The code expires in 10 minutes. If a new code is needed, tap the back arrow and re-enter your email address and password.
Once signed in, you’ll be prompted to set up additional security features like passcode and biometric authentication .
Autenticación de dos factores
Two-factor authentication using an authenticator app is an alternative method which replaces email verification (OTP) and provides stronger security.
If it is enabled, you’ll need to verify your identity by entering an authentication code.
Open Google Authenticator or a similar app on your smartphone, then enter the provided code to complete sign-in.

Enable additional security features on mobile
Once signed in to the mobile app, you’ll be prompted to set up additional security features like passcode and biometric authentication.
Para utilizar un código de acceso, introduzca los cuatro dígitos que desee. De lo contrario, pulse el icono de salida de la izquierda. Cuando selecciones una contraseña, se te pedirá que la confirmes en la siguiente pantalla.
Para utilizar la autenticación biométrica, pulsa Activar Face ID o Configurar autenticación biométrica. De lo contrario, pulsa Tal vez más tarde.
La versión para iOS también te pedirá Activar las notificaciones. Puedes saltarte el paso eligiendo Quizás más tarde. La versión de Android habilitará tus notificaciones por defecto.
